Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin- Baylor and her Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Amberton University. She has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and plans to pursue certification.

While she has experience working with a wide range of clients, Sarah’s passion is working with couples in distress and helping them move towards connection through the process of therapy. She feels so honored to walk alongside her clients on their journey towards change, connection and healing. Additionally, in her role as Practice Manager, her goal is to interface with potential clients and current clients in ways that make the process of counseling feel easier, smoother and less overwhelming.

Sarah is a member of the Texas Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, American Association of Christian Counselors and the North Texas EFT Community.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, scrapbooking and going to the beach!
