Sarah Overall graduated from University of Mary Hardin- Baylor with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She recently earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Amberton University. Sarah has been with FRCS for a year and has experience working with all ages but has a passion for couples work. She is currently in training and pursuing her EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) certification. She feels honored to walk alongside her clients to bring about real and lasting change in their lives. She believes that with change comes freedom.
Sarah is a member of the Texas Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, American Association of Christian Counselors and the North Texas EFT Community.
In her free time, she enjoys time with family and friends, reading, scrapbooking and spending any amount of time at the beach!
